For the renovation of this 1500 SF apartment, the client asked BWA to undertake the architectural renovation as well the interior design of the space. The client purchased the apartment because of the amazing views it offered of the NYC skyline. We focus the design into aligning views from different spaces in order to create a grander experience and making the apartment feel airy and spacious. Also the materials, the uninterrupted walnut flooring and golden Anigre wood panelings are used to extend this experience as one circulates throughout the apartment.
